Retail Pricing
This is the store default for Retail / Customer Mode. Each quote/order can temporarily use a different markup without changing this default. Dealer cost stays hidden.
Phase 1 stores the integration identity now so STORIS, OrderTrac, EDI, or another connector can be added without rebuilding orders later.
This does not turn on a live CRM connection yet. It makes every saved order integration-ready from day one.

Production Lead Time
This controls the completion date sent to QuickBooks for newly submitted orders. Existing orders keep their original completion date.
New orders use a 7-week lead time and land on Friday.
Arista Admin — Dealer Onboarding
Create the dealer profile and its first Dealer Admin login together. The entire setup saves as one transaction, so you cannot end up with a store that has no login.
1. Dealer Profile
Store identity and default retail settings.
2. First Dealer Admin
This person can place orders and manage the dealer's settings.
Automatic invitation: After you create the dealer, Arista emails this person a secure one-time link. They create their own password on a branded Arista setup page. The link expires after 48 hours.

Email Delivery Test
Send a harmless test message to any address without creating a dealer or user. Use this after Microsoft 365 is configured.
QuickBooks Desktop 2024
Download the connection file after the QuickBooks environment settings are added in Hostinger. Install it only on Marianna's computer where the company file is stored.
Add another salesperson, Dealer Admin, Arista Admin, or Arista Sales Rep. Every new user receives a secure email invitation and creates their own password.
