Accounts follow the current QuickBooks Rep assignment. Sales figures come from invoices and credit memos; open orders come from QuickBooks Sales Orders.
Checking QuickBooks reporting status...
Admin reporting setup
Import is read only. Submitted dealer orders remain first in the Web Connector queue. Compare these results with QuickBooks before releasing them to reps.
Skip the older QuickBooks history and import reporting data from January 2026. This clears only the reporting import cache and resets its page count.

Invite a dealer admin
Choose an existing QuickBooks store assigned to your territory. The dealer admin will receive a secure email link to set up their own login. For a new store, send the new account form first; Arista must link its QuickBooks account before you can invite its admin.
Display order requests
Send the office a display order request for an existing account or a prospective store. The office reviews it before entering anything in QuickBooks. For a new store, send the account form too.

Top sellers
Product ranks use net invoices after credits. Choose sales dollars or units sold above.
Invoiced sales by store
Furniture sales less credit memos in the selected date range.
Invoices and credits
Most recent first. Credits appear as negative amounts.
Open Sales Orders
Original order dates in the selected range; amount is the full current furniture order value, including partially invoiced orders. A blank completion date on older QuickBooks orders needs a reporting import rebuild.
What sells
Rank products by net sales dollars or net units after credits. Open orders appear separately.
Chairs & Seating items
Every chair and seating SKU, ranked by net invoiced furniture sales.
Report line details
An item default description is not necessarily the description entered on a specific QuickBooks transaction. Older imported lines may need to be read from QuickBooks again for that detail.
